The Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) has been a longstanding resource for hope and healing in Lowndes
County (also serving Berrien, Brooks, Cook, Echols and Lanier counties). They are currently in the middle
of a capital campaign for a brand new building. With a goal of raising $250,000 for a new “state-of-the-heart”
facility, there are many ways to help this organization. Teddy bears, drinks, and snacks for the children are also
easy and welcome donations! They are also looking for sponsors and volunteers for their upcoming Cook And
Care benefit. Mark your calendar for November 14th and join the culinary/mixology competition at the Quail
